As a woman in midlife, I understand firsthand the often-strange messiness of midlife.

And despite having over 20 years of experience in the fitness/health space, midlife and menopause was not something I was prepared for.

There was almost no information out there, and I could totally see why so many women in midlife feel invisible.

Not to be outdone I drew on my exercise, food, and stress management knowledge.

I was able to find my way through and I am now on a mission to help other women navigate their way through this phase and reclaim their energy, confidence, and mojo.

1:1 Coaching programmes

You may be struggling with peri and menopause symptoms, are not sure what to eat or how to move and your confidence has taken a dive.

You want to take back control of your health, regain your energy and live a purposeful life.

1:1 coaching is tailored to you and what you need. There is no one size fits all with my coaching.

I’ll help you make long term, sustainable changes to your food, exercise, mindset and stress management, leading to better health outcomes.

Areas that we may cover include:

  • Food planning and organization
  • Food choices
  • Food groups (the basics)
  • Finding the right exercise/movement for you.
  • Developing a positive mindset
  • Improving sleep
  • Managing stress
  • Navigating menopause
  • Rebuilding your confidence
  • Regaining your energy

Includes:

  • 12 coaching sessions over 3 or 6 months (in person or via zoom)
  • Homework/accountability exercises
  • Various resources e.g., Recipe or workout ideas
  • Messenger and email support.

Your investment:

1 x upfront payment of $1500 or 2 x payments of $750

You absolutely do! There will be things like recipe and workout ideas as well as worksheets and reading material. Everything will relate to what we talk about in coaching sessions.

I offer both options depending on a client’s preference and location.

Yes, absolutely! This can be via messenger or email. If you find yourself a little unstuck, overwhelmed, or simply want clarification on something, then we can be in touch.

This is entirely up to you, however, if you want to get as much as possible out of your coaching experience, then yes, there will be “Homework”. This will not be arduous and in some cases may only take a few minutes, but the work that you put in between sessions will add to your positive outcomes. We will usually spend the first few minutes of a coaching session reflecting on the “Homework”.

Yes, absolutely. Don’t worry, I will never cut anyone loose and those conversations about what’s next will occur towards the end of the programme.

There are several ways I offer ongoing support and it really is a personal preference.

Some clients have felt that they are not quite there yet and so have added another block of sessions. Some prefer a “maintenance mode” and they book monthly sessions.
